Two suggestions: (1) Specify the operating system(s) that particular apps/services apply to. I'm an Android user, and I find that the vast majority of iOS users seem to exist in a fog where they assume everyone else uses iOS..... (2) Include an easy feedback link in each newsletter to solicit comments.
1) I do not think I will add the OS information EVER. ( An android user myself , Galaxy Fold 4)
2) As far feedback is concerned, you could directly reply to the email you get and I will be happy to listen to your ideas and suggestions.
